Smartsupp is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its chatbox in accordance with the requirements of the harmonized standard EN 301 549, as permitted by Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on Accessibility Requirements for Certain Products and Services.

Smartsupp is an online service that enables website operators to communicate with visitors in real time through a chatbox integrated into their website. The chatbox typically appears in the bottom right corner of the page.
With Smartsupp, users can set up live chat, create chatbots or AI assistants that automatically respond to visitor inquiries, provide information about products or services, and escalate conversations to human support if needed.
The goal of the service is to provide immediate assistance, answer user questions, and enhance the overall customer experience.
The service is available on various devices (PC, tablet, mobile) and adapts to screen size and user language preferences.

  • Chatbox: A chat interface integrated into a website that allows visitors to initiate communication with the site operator.
  • Live chat: Enables real-time communication with website visitors.
  • Chatbot/AI Assistant: Automated tools that respond to inquiries, provide information, and guide users based on their needs.

Based on current testing, we have not identified any significant accessibility issues in the chatbox.
