The export feature sends a copy of all your live chat conversations to your own server in real time. From there you can process them and forward them to any 3rd-party system — a CRM, help desk, or your internal tools.
Available in: the EXPERT package (as an add-on) and the ULTIMATE package.

How it works
A copy of every finished conversation, missed conversation, and offline message is sent in JSON format, in real time, to a URL you choose (a POST hook). Your server receives the data as it happens, so you can store it, transform it, or push it into any 3rd-party system — for example a CRM or a help desk.
Activate the export
To turn the export on, email support@smartsupp.com with the URL where you'd like the conversations delivered. We'll set up the POST hook on our side so all your chat conversations start flowing to that address.
