Connecting BLUEJET with Smartsupp enables automatic saving of leads from online chat, linking them to further activities or business opportunities. This allows tracking of the entire customer lifecycle.
How to install the plugin
Log in to the Bluejet website (https://www.bluejet.cz/)
Open settings by clicking on the icon in the top left corner
Select Smartsupp in "Komunikace" section
Fill in the Smartsupp chat code (chat key) and select today's day if you want to start using Smartsupp right away
