This feature is available to all AI chatbot users.
The widget status switches between online and offline based on your agents’ availability. To provide 24/7 support for your visitors, you can use the AI chatbot, which remains available at all times.
There are four options for setting the AI chatbot status.
- Your AI chatbot can be available at the same time as your agents, or — if you want it to respond after your agents finish their shifts — you can choose from the following options:
- launch the AI chatbot immediately available even when agents are offline,
- launch it with a delay, based on your welcome message settings,
- or activate it after a visitor sends you a message.

How to change the AI chatbot status ?
- Go to your dashboard and select the Mira AI tab (wand icon).
- Choose the AI chatbot you want to edit.
- In the left-hand column, select Advanced settings.
- Choose one of the four available options (for best results, we recommend selecting the first one).
- Save your changes and publish the AI chatbot.



And that’s it! Your AI chatbot is now ready to respond to visitor queries according to your preferences.
